Features The single-component filler is type of quick-drying filling material for patching sand paper scratches and minor dent. Excellent coverage and easy to hide small flaws on the surface of the paint film .Q908 in red, Q608 in white are available. Applications Use to patch pin holes, sand paper scratches and minor dent. Applicable base materials Thoroughly sand and cleaned intact existing paint, on intermediate paint and putty. Inapplicable base materials Alloying paint bases and alloying spraying powder. Method of application Direct application without dilution. Working requirements Directly apply it on work piece with a scraper. Avoid excessive application and leave 10 minutes of interval for each layer. Curing time 30 – 60minutes Abrasive paper Wet sand: 240# -400# Dry sand: 180#-320# Precautions Avoid excessive spraying to prevent shrinkage and loss of gloss. It is necessary to spray intermediate paint after applying filling powder. Storage life May be stored for more than two years when kept in original container . Packaging 1L canned. Note: Most of the filler should be sanded out .Only 2-5% of spreading area could be left.The filler is not suitable to apply directly on bare metals.Spray topcoat directly after sanding in case of small area application. For large areas, it is recommended to use 2K primer surfacer prior to topcoat.Please seal the can tightly after use to avoid skinning.
